Some cockpit canopies can be infinitely practical but hideous carbuncles on the back of your otherwise pretty yacht.
Our aim is to maximise the extra covered area in your cockpit without compromising on the aesthetics. The standard design attaches to the sprayhood with a covered zip. Sides and back section (each with windows) roll up and are secured with straps.
The whole thing is tensioned down hard with a strap and buckle system near each aft corner. The remaining canvas attaches to the boat with elastic over studs or hooks.
Somewhere for the guests/children/dog to sleep, a party room, a covered space for your wet clothes to dry, a sheltered haven in which to read a book or watch the world go by...
Framework
The supporting framework typically consists of one or two custom-fabricated stainless steel hoops, designed for strength, durability, and a clean aesthetic. These are securely fixed to your boat using your choice from a range of high-quality fittings, carefully selected based on the nature of the mounting points and the overall design. Whether it’s deck mounts, stanchion clamps, or custom brackets, we’ll ensure a secure and streamlined installation.
For added convenience, the frames can be designed to divide or fold down, making them easy to store when not in use—ideal for those looking to maximise space on board without compromising on functionality.
